Welcome To Adulthood

Album · 2024 · 4 songs, 13 min

Welcome to Adulthood is a raw and introspective exploration of the complexities that come with growing up. Across 13, the artist reflects on the yearning for the simplicity of childhood, with an opening anthem to the days when life was carefree and free of responsibility. As the album progresses, the weight of adulthood takes center stage: the relentless grind of work (*Work*), the crushing betrayal of those you trust (*Bring Me Down*), and the overwhelming frustration that comes with being stuck in a cycle of endless obligations (*Forget*). With each song, *Welcome to Adulthood* blends moments of nostalgia with hard truths, capturing the emotional toll of navigating a world where dreams are often stifled by the demands of reality, and the fleeting desire to escape into a time before it all became too much.
