Isaac Liwotcha

Isaac began his career at Alleluia Band, first on a part-time arrangement, which later turned into a full-time gig that would mark the first six years of his musical career. He later joined Zembani Band with the likes of Lucius Banda and Billy Kaunda. He then started his own band, Kuwala, which became the residential band at Mlambe Motel besides touring the country. When Kuwala disbanded, Isaac briefly went back to Zembani before going solo. He plays the keyboard, guitar, drums, and harmonica, and also loves producing music. He looks up to Sir Paul Banda who produced his first two albums: Ambuye Mutimvere and Bwerera. He also gets inspiration from Alpha Blondy from Ivory Coast.
