Released in 2005, “It’s A Killer” was the very first official studio single by Phyzix and the song that introduced him to radio audiences in Malawi. Featuring M Crazy, the record became an important breakthrough moment in the early stages of the Phyzix journey. The song first gained airplay through youth programs on Capital Radio and FM 101 before spreading to other radio stations across the country. Its growing popularity opened doors for live performances, including an appearance at the Stars Aware Campaign at Civo Stadium. “It’s A Killer” laid the foundation for Phyzix’s music career, marking the beginning of a journey that would later shape Malawian hip hop culture for years to come. The single remains an important historical release in the Phyzix catalog.
