Released in 2008, From The Dust Mixtape captures Phyzix during a fearless and highly experimental phase of his early journey in Malawian hip hop. Blending raw street energy, lyrical confidence, freestyles and underground storytelling, the project reflects the hunger of an artist determined to rise from humble beginnings and make his mark on the culture. Featuring tracks like “Chilombo,” “Jibidi Jabba,” “Memba,” “Problemz” and collaborations with Dominant 1, M-Way, Tyre Fittaz and others, the mixtape showcases versatility, creativity and relentless ambition. This is another important chapter in the foundation of the Phyzix legacy.
